Responsible To Handle Outbound Calls To Generate Leads And Sell Our Companies Products And Services.Incentive Will Be Given . 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales | Languages : Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi and Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
