This Role Involves End-To-End Management Of A Program Providing Career Mentorship, Networking, And Financial Aid To Underprivileged 9Th And 10Th Graders Via Bmc School Partnerships. Key Duties Include Supporting Two Students Entering Iit Or Top-Tier Institutes With Fees They Cannot Afford. Build And Maintain Relations With Schools, Ngos, And Government Bodies Through In-Person Meetings. Coordinate With Partners To Ensure Smooth Program Delivery, Monitoring, And Reporting. Identify Csr, Foundation, Or Hni Leads Develop Security Strategies And Manage Crowdfunding Via Platforms Like Milaap. Create Program Documentation And Oversee Annual Scaling Efforts Starting This Year.

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
