Salary

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

As a Desktop Support Executive, your work will include:

• Monitor uptime and perform routine maintenance
• Keep asset inventory and documentation up to date
• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls and access control
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity and user issues

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Networking, Hardware troubleshooting, Firewall, IT support
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are responsive and patient with users
