Executive Assistant

Manoj V Jain & Co. is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Vile Parle East, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Hiring Executive Assistant To The Boss. Manage Calendar, Meetings, Calls, Follow-Ups, Travel, Emails, Documents And Daily Priorities. Coordinate With Clients And Internal Teams, Maintain Confidentiality And Ensure Timely Task Completion. Candidate Should Be Organised, Proactive, Fluent In English/Hindi And Proficient In Ms Office. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Data entry, MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, dependable attitude
