Responsible For Proper Upkeep And Cleanliness, Ensure Contractors Workers, Visitors Enter The Premises After Signing In The Security Register At The Entrance Gate, No Material/Equipment Is Removed Out Without Proper Gate Pass, Working Of Fire Fighting Equipment'S, Check The Cctvs And Fire Extinguisher, Maintain And Update The Lost & Found Register. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Typing, Email etiquette and Data entry
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, organised attitude

Key responsibilities

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
