Job Title: Accountant (All-Rounder)Location: Navi Mumbaisummary: We Are Urgently Hiring A Versatile Accountant To Independently Manage Our Complete Financial Operations And Administrative Tasks.Key Responsibilities: Tally & Ledgers: Handle Daily Accounting In Tally. Maintain, Update, And Reconcile Sales And Purchase Ledgers Without Errors. E-Invoicing: Generate And Track E-Invoices Strictly Per Current Government Rules. Taxation: Oversee End-To-End Taxation Tasks, Including Gst And Tds Compliance And Filing. Payroll: Prepare Accurate Monthly Salary Sheets And Process Employee Deductions. Emails: Manage Daily Email Correspondence With Vendors, Clients, And Internal Staff.Requirements: B.Com Degree, Proven Tally Erp/Prime Expertise, And Strong Excel Skills. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi, Marathi

What you will do

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi
• You are calm under pressure and polite

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
