What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary

Compensation: ₹19,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Marketing, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Sales
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
