What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Skills: Complaint handling, Hindi and English, Typing speed, Verbal communication
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone polite and patient

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹12,500 – ₹16,500 per month.
