Maruti Suzuki wants to bring on a Customer Care Executive (Cce) for its Andheri, Mumbai team. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Key responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Lead generation, Customer handling, CRM, Local market knowledge
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone persuasive and self-motivated

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
