Negotiate Contract Terms Of Agreement And Pricing Track Orders And Ensure Timely Delivery Review Quality Of Purchased Products. Enter Order Details (E.G. Vendors, Quantities, Prices) Into Internal Databases Maintain Updated Records Of Purchased Products, Delivery Information And Invoices . Coordinate With Warehouse Staff . Monitor Stock Levels. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Record Management, Handling Invoices | Skills Needed : Computer

What you will do

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Computer, Handling Invoices, Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month.
