We Are Seeking A Proactive And Customer-Focused Customer Engagement & Adoption Executive To Manage Passenger Support, Drive Mobile App Downloads, And Increase Online Bookings Through Our Website And Digital Platforms. You Will Serve As The Primary Point Of Contact For Website Passengers, Guiding Them Through App Installation And Ensuring A Seamless. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Target achievement, CRM, Local market knowledge, Customer handling
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A target-driven, confident attitude

What the job involves

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
