We Are Looking For A Customer Relationship Executive Who Will Be Responsible For Handling Customer Inquiries, Maintaining Good Relationships With Clients, Providing Proper Support And Follow-Ups, And Ensuring Customer Satisfaction. The Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skills, A Polite Attitude, And The Ability To Manage Customer Concerns. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

As a Customer Relations Executive, your work will include:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You'll prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

What you get

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Presentation, Lead generation, Target achievement and Negotiation
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
