Max Lab Diagnostic Centre has an opening for a Front Desk Receptionist based in Dahisar East, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹10,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Typing, MS Office, Basic accounting and Record keeping
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and dependable
