The Team Leader Is Responsible For Conducting Regular Training Sessions For Telecallers, Preparing And Analyzing Sales Reports, Monitoring Lead Conversion Performance, Identifying Gaps, And Implementing Strategies To Improve Sales Conversion Ratio And Achieve Departmental Sales Targets. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Salary

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Hindi and English, CRM tools, Typing speed, Complaint handling
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone calm under pressure and customer-first
