Employer’s description

Handling Incoming & Out Going Calls, Monitoring The Reception Area, Attending Visitors, Handling Courier, Maintaining Registers.

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, MS Office, Data entry and Email etiquette
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone dependable and well spoken
