Md Home Finance is looking for a Telecaller to join its team in Kandivali West, Mumbai. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

We Are Seeking Motivated And Result-Oriented Telesales Executive To Join Our Team, Specializing In Selling Loan Products Via Phone. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Making Outbound Calls To Potential Customers, Providing Information About Our Loan Offerings, Handling Customer Queries, And Converting Leads Into Successful Loan Application. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam
• Someone polite and customer-first

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
