What you will do

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, International, Outbound, Punjabi
