Generate And Qualify Leads Through Cold Calling, Email Campaigns, And Follow-Ups. Maintain Detailed Records Of All Interactions With Clients On Crm Software. No Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Inbound

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Inbound, Outbound
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Type: Outbound, Inbound
• Someone calm under pressure and customer-first

Day-to-day work

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What you get

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
