Your responsibilities

As a Work From Home - Customer Service Manager, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
