Their Core Objective Is To Maximize Property Value And Occupancy Rates While Ensuring The Premises Are Maintained, Secure, And Compliant W. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Preferred Experience In : Promotion | License | Should Have : Bike

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bike, License and Promotion
• Basic English
• Own bike
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
