What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Marathi, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales
• Basic English
