Mervice infotech pvt ltd is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Silk Board, Bengaluru. 30 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month.

Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics.

What the job involves

• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Who can apply

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with CRM tools, Complaint handling, Hindi and English, Typing speed
• Good English

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
