We Are Looking For An Experienced Factory Manager With Good Knowledge Of Mechanical Work And Metal Fabrication. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Daily Factory Operations, Manpower Allocation, Labour Handling, And Maintaining Discipline And Productivity. He Should Be Able To Understand And Interpret Fabrication Drawings And Ensure Work Is Executed As Per Specifications And Quality Standards. Responsibilities Include Planning Production, Monitoring Material And Job Progress, Coordinating With Operators And Workers, Maintaining Daily Work And Production Reports, Controlling Wastage, Ensuring Machine And Workplace Safety, And Meeting Delivery Schedules. Good Leadership, Problem-Solving, Communication, And Team-Management Skills Are Essential. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel | Skills Needed : Email

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel and Email
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
