Metro Properties wants to bring on a Real Estate Sales Executive for its Goregaon West, Mumbai team. 12 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Bike, License and Real Estate
• Male Only
• Basic English
• Own bike
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate, Real Estate
• License
• Should Have: Bike
• You are confident and persuasive
