Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Director By Managing Their Schedule Communication, Meeting, Documents, Follow Ups And Day To Day Priorities.

Salary

Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• Comfortable with Basic accounting, MS Office, Typing, Record keeping

Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
