The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Front Desk Operations, Coordinating Appointments, Handling Patient Communication, Maintaining Records, And Assisting The Tmj Specialist. Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Basic Excel, Email, Record Management
• Good English

Salary and benefits
