Minivel Services Private Limited wants to bring on an Hr Generalist for its Bandra West, Mumbai team. There are 2 open positions. Salary is up to ₹45,000/month.

Day-to-day work

As an Hr Generalist, your work will include:

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll handle employee queries and engagement activities.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Payroll, Recruitment, MS Excel, HRMS
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, confidential attitude

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
