Day-to-day work

• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Hindi and English, Complaint handling, Verbal communication, CRM tools
• Good English
