What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Email etiquette, Typing, MS Office, Data entry
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹65,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
