Follow Up With Customers Regarding Outstanding Payments And Overdue Invoices.Maintain And Update Accounts Receivable (Ar) Ageing Reports.Coordinate With Customers For Payment Confirmations, Reconciliations, And Invoice-Related Queries.Prepare Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Collection Reports And Mis.Track Receivables And Ensure Timely Collection Of Due. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with KYC, Customer acquisition, Financial products, MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are trustworthy and detail-oriented

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
