Manage Customer Interactions Via Chat Or Email, Resolving Queries Effectively. Provide Accurate Information, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams. Languages : Gujarati, Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
