Ensures Smooth Workforce Management, Compliance With Company Policies, And Strong Rider Engagement To Support Operational Requirements. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Recruitment, Screening, Labour law basics, Payroll
• Male Only
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and organised

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
