We Are Hiring A Health Insurance Executive At My Secure Insurance India.Your Role Will Include: Calling Customers For Health Insurance Renewals & New Sales Explaining Plans, Benefits & Premiums Clearly Comparing Policies From Multiple Insurers Following Up With Leads And Closing Deals Coordinating For Policy Issuance Training Provide. Type : Sales, Domestic, Outbound | Languages : English, Marathi, Hindi, English

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound and Sales
• Good English
• Freshers can apply

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
