An Insurance Renewal Sales Specialist Is Responsible For Proactively Contacting Existing Clients To Renew Their Policies, Ensuring High Retention Rates And Meeting Monthly Sales Targets. The Role Involves Explaining Policy Changes, Handling Objections, Upselling Or Cross-Selling, And Managing Client Data In Crm Systems. Type : Sales, Outbound | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

As an Insurance Renewal, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
