Hr Admin Executive

Nandanvan Resort wants to bring on an Hr Admin Executive for its Virar East, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹32,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Handle Hr Processes, Including Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹17,000 – ₹32,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Screening, MS Excel, HRMS
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, good communicator attitude
