A new Team Leader role is open at Nanhi Pari Foundation, Thane, Mumbai. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹28,000/month.

What the job involves

• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Mutual Funds, Tamil and Telugu
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Gujarati, English
• Type: Mutual Funds
• A polite, calm under pressure attitude

Salary

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month.
