Handle Employee Engagement And Grievance Management Activities. Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Warning Letters, And Other Hr Document. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Payroll, HRMS, Recruitment, MS Excel
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and organised

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
