A new Collection Executive role is open at Navkar Business Services, Lower Parel, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month. 15 candidates will be hired for this role.

What the job involves

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
