The Back Office For Documentation Specialist Is Responsible For Managing And Maintaining Accurate Records Of All Leasing And Tenant-Related Documentation. This Role Involves Ensuring All Paperwork Is Completed Accurately And Timely, Adhering To Company Policies And State Regulations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000 per month.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing, Data entry, Record keeping, MS Office
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone dependable and detail-oriented
