Your responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Active listening, Hindi and English, Verbal communication and Typing speed
