Neeraj Pandey (Human Power Services) is looking for a Billing Executive to join its team in Bengali Square, Indore. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹18,000/month.

A Billing Executive Manages The End-To-End Invoicing Process, Ensuring Accurate And Timely Billing, Payment Processing, And Account Maintenance. They Verify Data, Resolve Billing Discrepancies, Handle Customer Inquiries, And Maintain Financial Records. Key Responsibilities Include Generating Invoices Using Software Like Tally Or Sap. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Bank reconciliation, Accounts receivable, MS Excel and GST
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are confidential and accurate

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

What you will do

• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
