Ensure That Customer Complaints Are Logged And Customers Are Informed About The Ticket-Id For Their Complaints 3. Timely Update The Status Of Customer Complaints As And When Issue Is Resolved And Update With Customers. Languages : Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, English, Hindi

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil

Day-to-day work

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
