Recruitment (60%):Handle End-To-End Recruitment (Sourcing To Onboarding).Post Jobs, Screen Candidates, And Coordinate Interviews. Maintain Recruitment Records And Close Positions On Time.Hr Operations (40%):Manage Employee Documentation And Hr Records. Support Payroll Inputs, Attendance, And Leave Tracking. Assist With Onboarding, Compliance. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As an Hr Executive, your work will include:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Screening, Payroll, HRMS, Recruitment
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and people-oriented

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
