You Will Assist Clients Throughout The Loan Application Process, Ensure Their Needs Are Met, And Maintain Excellent Relationships To Enhance Client Satisfaction And Sales Growth. Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
