Nexus Computers Pvt Ltd wants to bring on a Call Coordinator / Receptionist for its Matunga West, Mumbai team. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. Managing Incoming Calls, Directing Them To The Appropriate Department, And Handling Customer Inquiries. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Record keeping, Typing and Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and dependable

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

What you get

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
