We Are Looking For A Results-Driven Telesales Executive To Join Our Lending Team. You Will Be The First Point Of Contact For Clients Seeking Financial Solutions, Including Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (Lap), And Personal Loans. Your Goal Is To Understand Their Needs, Pitch The Right Products, And Convert Leads Into Successful A. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Sales, Outbound, Inbound, Mutual Funds | Marketing | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi, Marketing, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Real Estate
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
