Maintain Lead Records In Crm/Management Software. Convert Warm Leads Into Confirmed Appointments And Sales, Basic Knowledge Of Email, Whatsapp Business, Excel/Crm Tools. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
