Senior Hr Executive

Nightingale is hiring a Senior Hr Executive in Thane, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month. 5 candidates will be hired for this role.

End-To-End Monthly Payroll Processing. Prepare Payroll Inputs And Coordinate With Finance/Payroll Consultants. Maintain Payroll Records And Employee Salary Files. Ensure Timely Filing And Maintenance Of Pf, Esic, Pt, Lwf, Gratuity, And Other Statutory Requirements. Handle Shops & Establishment Compliance, Renewals, And Inspections. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.

Salary

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Screening, MS Excel, Payroll and Labour law basics
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, people-oriented attitude
