Maintain Updated Records Of Collections, Outstanding Payments, And Customer Details. Prepare Daily Mis Reports And Ensure Data Accuracy. Day-to-day work

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What you get

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
