Nikitas wants to bring on an Executive Assistant for its Lower Parel West, Mumbai team. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Email etiquette, Typing, Basic accounting, Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
